Advanced Full Arch Protocols Course
ABOUT THE COURSE
Three days on the protocols we are running now: how we plan a case, how we execute it, and what we do step by step across different clinical scenarios and different anatomies. What works, what does not. You will learn to build your own surgical guides, and to place implants both guided and freehand. We cover the full range of remote anchorage — palatal, pterygoid, trans-sinus, zygomatic, trans nasal, quad zygoma, and where subperiosteal solutions fit. We go deep into sinus surgery and into autologous reconstruction with the Khoury technique. And we spend real time on complications: what goes wrong, how to solve it, and what happens afterwards.

ABOUT DR. PEDRO MOURA
Dr. Pedro Moura is a dental surgeon from Portugal, dedicated exclusively to advanced implant surgery and full-arch rehabilitation. He is the founder of Foramen Dental Education, where he leads an intensive clinical residency program focused on advanced surgical techniques.
Through international lectures, hands-on courses, and clinical education programs, Dr. Moura has trained dental professionals in the management of complex implant cases, including full-arch rehabilitation, pterygoid implants, and zygomatic implants.
His educational philosophy is built around transforming complex surgical concepts into clear, structured, and reproducible clinical protocols. By combining advanced surgical knowledge with a practical approach, he helps clinicians integrate predictable techniques into their everyday practice.
